All three courses were excellent as was our choice of wines. The service was ok but the waitress could have been more welcoming and customer-focussed.

Contini has lovely decor and is a beautiful building. Waitress Mary was v attentive and proficient and had a lovely manner. The food was good however itison menu could have been better

Loved it! Great menu (3 courses) in a spacious, beautiful room. Our server (Mary) was lovely- attentive & polite! Food was delicious! A wonderful treat for my husband’s birthday!

Food was good. Dining area & toilets spotless. Staff were super efficient and knowledgeable but the experience was spoiled by the fact that the place was so cold and I did notice quite a few of the diners wearing coats or jackets while eating.

Our meal was fabulous. Perfectly cooked, moist and flaky cod, served on a bed of delicious olives, tomatoes and other veg. Panacotta dessert was one of the best I’ve eaten. A favourite Edinburgh restaurant for my family and friends
