This was my third visit to El Santo and I must say the previous two visits were extremely good and enjoyable but however yesterday’s experience was not ! Yes I was aware it was Mother’s Day as this was my present from my boys but the service was really bad we were left for long periods of time with no food !
Am not a big eater but my boys and my husband are and they were very hungry and the wait on food was terrible! One of the young members of waiting staff did apologise for our wait and said that four tables had already completed about the wait on food.
One member of the waiting staff completely missed out or table two times and served the tables next to us and she was just about to do it a third time when my son taped her on the back and said could we please have some of that ?
I do understand it was a busy day but I felt there some kind of staff shortage or something was going on !
Am really quite sad about this as because as I stated my two previous visits were extremely good.
Sad to say I wouldn’t rush back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Rodizio experience at El Santo, with lots of tasty food and a selection of drinks to suit every taste. The staff were warm and friendly and the side dishes arrived at the table very quickly after we were seated. After that the chicken and pork began arriving thick and fast, however it was over an hour before any beef was brought to the table, by which time some of our party had filled up on the "cheaper" meats.
Fantastic atmosphere and the food is excellent.

Lovely welcome from the staff. Really gorgeous environment. Very relaxing but still with a great vibe. Without exception, all the meat that we received was cooked to perfection. The sides and sauces were tasty and complimentary and were replenished as needed. The staff were all really knowledgeable about the foods and were happy to answer any queries we had. Great alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails. Would definitely return and would recommend the restaurant to others.

We were dining in El Santo for the first time and had a Sunday Rodizio. The service was very efficient with sides and sauces brought to the table very quickly, followed promptly by the drinks. The sides were replenished when asked with waiters always ensuring we were looked after. Different meat cuts were coming off the grill and were being brought to our table until we said no. Food quality was great and so was the service and the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

The meat was excellent and the whole experience was quite good. I wish there were some vegetables offered as well, as sides, rather than just carbs.
