Nice hotel with a warm welcome. Food was okay and the service was nice.
As walkers the location is ideal and the weather behaved itself. A good time was had.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel with my daughter and her dog. Great value for money. Lovely location for walks. Food delicious. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

It was our second stay at the hotel and we’re already planning to return soon
We were cycling in the area as there are many great routes. Staying at the hotel was an additional pleasure to our leisure activity.
The room was spacious, the bathroom was spotless but my favourite highlight was dinner. As the hotel is run by an Indian family, we decided to order butter chicken curry and it was the best curry in many years. The portions were generous, well presented and very delicious
Thank you for looking after us and there’s no doubt we will be back soon.

Food was tasty, lovely presentation, good sized portions, and excellent quality.
The rooms were lovely, very clean, tea/coffee making facilities and Shortbread!
Breakfast choice was fantastic as well, couldn't fault a thing!

Been here few times now food always amazing and views and place excellent but first time very disappointed with noisy talking and music coming from adjacent room and went on until 4 am upset about this as normally come here for tranquility
