Bought voucher for 2 x Lunch with Prosecco for 2 only recieved 1 prosecco when mentioned to waitress she didnt know what to do ,lunch was lovely nice old dining room (seats were rather uncomfortable ) good sized portions nice atmosphere Vouchers were really good value

Lovely ribeye lunch couldn’t fault it and service was superb

Cullen skink had no fish in it.
Wooden board soup was brought out on was dirty looking so couldn't eat bread.
Chips smelt of old oil and tasted awful.
Fish was swimming in grease.
Unclean building. Didn't feel I could use toilets.

We had Lunch recently. I had Sea Bass which I thoroughly enjoyed. My Husband had the Haddock which was perfect. For the sweets, I had Dark Chocolate Mousse and my Husband had Apple and Blackberry Crumble. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Server was very respectful and kind.
Steak wasn’t overcooked. Chips were undercooked and hard in the middle. This was after we booked for a previous date only to arrive to be told there were no steaks left. We were advised we would get a complimentary bottle of wine but only received a lager and a soda water and lime.
Staff were lovely but organisation and food not ideal.

Beautiful dining room. Good menu but service was a bit slow considering there were only 3tables in use.

Was there on a quiet Friday afternoon. Service was very good and friendly. Food was tasty, preferred the Gin bar menu.
