We were very disappointed . My grandaughter bought this voucher to take her mummy out for something to eat . The breakfast was over cooked and greasy . The toast wasnt toasted the butter was runny . We left them . We were asked if it was too much for us and we said no it wasnt nice . My grandaughter got pancakes and they were hard . I felt because we had a voucher we were treated differently .

The hotel isn’t the most impressive from the outside but it’s absolutely lovely when you enter through reception. Brunch was lovely and staff couldn’t have been more courteous. We are already thinking of returning to try their evening meals. Would definitely recommend.

Was a wee bit disappointed with the brunch we received. Our usual Itison experiences are good/excellent, hence disappointment. Everything was very average, food a bit greasy. You can get excellent breakfast for 2 in Ayrshire for & £18 so voucher was not value for money.
