A Michelin Star experience

A thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing experience all round. A warm welcome at reception on arrival. The ensuite bedroom was immaculate and had everything that we could have asked for. The bar and restaurant areas were beautifully decorated and had excellent acoustics. Music was low key. The 8 course tasting menu was well worth the Michelin Star and each course was thoroughly enjoyed by my husband and I. There is a great range of wines to choose from if you don't want the wine pairings option. Breakfast was also thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend this as a "great escape" - I felt like I had had a week long holiday after only one night's stay. Thank you to all the Pentonbridge Inn staff.

Exemplary service throughout our stay. Exquisite food for the 8 course tasting tailored to our request to accommodate a vegetarian and pescatarian. Robert and Ross provided exceptional service throughout the meal with Robert providing an excellent wine pairing to accompany the food. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well fitted out. This was our first visit but most certainly won't be the last.

The food was 10/10 - definitely the best Michelin-starred restaurant we've eaten in so far. The service was fantastic and the venue was lovely.
