Jon had all the samples set out, explained the process & offered the option to add a charm, but with no pressure to purchase one.
Jon was very friendly, offered advice & took time to make sure i was happy with the finished result, whuch i am.

From the minute we entered we were welcomed and made very comfortable, we were in there for the permanent bracelet making which was lovely, Jon the owner is very knowledgeable about all aspects of eyewear and sells a great range of very cool looking frames, although I was in there for the jewellery, I was so taken with the unique bespoke eyewear, I came out ordering a pair of glasses. The shop also sells handmade jewellery and bags. All in all a great shop, run by a very friendly knowledgeable person. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. 😃

The perfect place to visit for your next pair of glasses. Jon and colleagues are all very professional & knowledgeable, and give good, honest advice on what suits you. Very good value frames compared to some other high street named shops and they have a wonderful assortment of styles too. This is my 2nd visit in the space of a few months so that says it all really.

Was welcomed as soon as entering the shop was explained what we got for what we purchased was shown different bracelets and asked if we wanted to upgrade to any different bracelets and shown different charms talked us through was happens next and was asked if we were happy with our choices then showed us what it looked like before it was permanently done amazing service thank you

My girls were given a welded bracelet for their Christmas and went together to get their bracelets.
They said that their experience was absolutely fantastic and the staff who looked after them was outstanding.
