Bought voucher for Sunday lunch in Eolas only for it to be moved to the Cairns as under renovation (shouldn’t have sold vouchers when this was happening). Turned up to a very chaotic Cairns restaurant, loud, unorganised, no one in charge, staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Staff bringing out food and then wandering about with it asking what you ordered, if it matched it was yours!! Not the calm Sunday lunch experience in a lovely setting that was sold to us. Would not recommend at all.
Service was terrible, none of the staff looked like they knew what they were doing.

Too many untrained staff running about like headless chickens, customers who came in long after us were served their meals before us despite our orders being in. We had to ask on three occasions when we would get our meals. Staff were asking diners if this was their meal. No table numbers also was hindrance. A very disappointing experience.

Shockingly slow service, food was industrial and cold! Booked on the day we were going, Sunday 1st March but on arrival our booking hadn't been recorded. The woman in charge reluctantly gave us a table however we wished we hadn't bothered.
Waiters and waitresses were really nice but there didn't seem to be any system in place for food reaching the correct table. 2 hours for 2 courses of cold tasteless food.
Won't be back and would not recommend.

Service was fantastic, attentive and polite without being too much.
Food was lovely, the roast beef was very tender and dessert was great.
Left full and satisfied without being stuffed.

Nice welcome on arrival, staff were all very pleasant and friendly.Seated at a window with lovely view over the countryside. Food was served promptly, tasty and nice to be offered condiments to match. Dessert was nice. Didn’t feel rushed at all and also didn’t feel inferior for using an itison voucher.

Absolutely nothing could be improved. Food delicious, service from the most lovely youngsters was worthy of a five star Michelin restaurant. Will definitely return.
My friend and husband used this voucher…thoroughly enjoyed the experience and food.
