Used the voucher 2adults and we also had 2 kids with me.
Everyone has a great meal and the girl serving us was first class.
Was trying to help with whatever she thought we would need.
Enjoyed the food that much that we are going to use this place for our Carry outs now also

Very disappointed as this used to be our favourite Ashoka but under previous managements. We are still in touch with previous owners, managers and staff. The service is OK but felt a bit amateurish as only Indian member of staff was the one serving up all main courses. Felt a bit as if other customers were getting preferential treatment so oerhaps were regulars. Food was a very limited menu so paid supplements to UPGRADE to lamb and chichen tikka for curries and not a big selection of choices of them as I think 4 were sweet and sour based. I'm vegetarian and asked about vegetables used for curries and was told potato, carrots peas etc and didn't include Indian veg, though there was a lentil daal which I was advised was Indian and vegetarian. I ended up getting an okra curry from the vegetarian selection which I paid extra for. The food was hot and tasty on arrival which was good. Wish I hadn't spoiled a good memory of the place.
