Lovely ambience and good variety of enjoyable wines preaented for wine flight. Really disappointed with very average cheese board. Only 1 of the cheeses was was special and the brie was dry and hard. For two people, the portion of grapes was meagre. When asked about the brie, the server said she would ask what it was, but did not return. I would not return for the wine flight deal.

Wasn't sure I received the main course I ordered as it didn't look as described on the menu ,waitress assured me that it was, but I wasn't convinced.
Other than that we had a nice time and staff provided a complimentary dessert for my husband for his birthday which was a nice touch.

We visited using the Itison deal and overall had a very enjoyable experience.
The venue itself is beautiful, with a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. Service throughout the meal was excellent without ever feeling rushed. The set menu also offered a good variety of choices, so there was something to suit most tastes.
The starters, desserts and cocktails were all excellent and couldn't really be faulted. Unfortunately, the main course was a disappointment. We both opted for the steak frites and paid the £5 supplement, expecting a really good quality steak. While the flavour was pleasant, several sections of both steaks were extremely chewy and difficult to eat. We found ourselves having to discreetly remove some of the tougher pieces from our mouths using our napkins, which isn't something you expect when paying an additional supplement for the dish.
That said, one disappointing course wouldn't stop me from recommending Ralph & Finns. It's a lovely restaurant in a great city centre location with a cool, modern feel, and the air conditioning was a very welcome bonus during the recent spell of hot weather!
Overall, I'd happily return and would recommend giving it a try. I'm sure many diners have had excellent steaks here, so perhaps we were just unfortunate with the particular cuts we were served on this occasion.

This is the third time we have been to this restaurant with the itison voucher and once again we were not disappointed. The food was great. We has tempura fish tacos they were fantastic and the tempura was so crispy
