Lovely food, lovely staff, it was quite quiet when we went in but the atmosphere was nice, everywhere was spotless & I absolutely want to go back.

We enjoyed our afternoon tea but not as much as our last visit. We felt cakes weren’t fresh this time nor were the scones. Staff were nice although we did have to ask for our tea. It didn’t come till we’d eaten the sandwiches.

We had a lovely afternoon tea. Everything was fresh.

BUT WAS NOT ASKED IF WE WANTED TEA OR COFFEE
ONCE. I was enjoy a catch up with my sister and it was when we came out I thought we didn't get asked about tea or coffee. I have been before and did get tea or coffee with the voucher. Don't know if it has changed.

Value for money for the afternoon tea via itison, I wouldn't be buying it again.
The selection was nice. Unfortunately, the bread was turning hard. Like the sandwiches had been pre-made and sitting for a while. That edges and corners were hard.
Scones were tiny.
Glad we ordered chips with it also. As we were still hungry.
I would go back to the potting shed with the normal menu, but not the afternoon tea. Wouldn't recommend this deal.

Felt like the afternoon tea had been frozen and defrosted. Wouldn’t recommend the afternoon tea. However the cakes on display at the bar looked lovely.

We had a lovely afternoon tea here, the location is great and plenty parking and inside is beautifully decorated. The staff were amazing it was 2 girls who served us and they couldn't have been nicer, we felt very welcome and very relaxed and nothing was a problem for them. Such a good experience as well as the food and drinks in our deal. Would highly recommend this place and will return again. But big shout out to the lovely staff here, it is a rare experience these days so thank you !

We decided to treat my Mum to a High Tea for her birthday at The Potting Shed.
Friendly, welcoming staff greeted us and we sat at one of their many cosy tables.
The staff presented the High Tea with a beautifully personalised platter with a HAPPY BIRTHDAY message written on it and candles also and all sang to my Mum too!! 🤩This totally made her day and was a wonderful touch from their team and very much appreciated!🥳🎂🙌
We thoroughly enjoyed our High Tea Experience and finished it off with some lovely Prosecco! 🥂🍾
The Manager (I think her name was Jordan) checked on us throughout to see if we were needing anything and we complimented her and the teams wonderful and attentive service.
These little personal touches and efforts really make all the difference and the ambiance and attractive setting inside makes it so nice to relax in.
Definitely a lovely experience and we look forward to returning many more times!
