The location was excellent within easy walking distance of the town and piers. We enjoyed a lovely view from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and changing areas were clean. The breakfasts were good and the set menu at dinner was excellent. Yes, it’s in an old building with creaky floorboards, but we found it very comfortable and relaxing. Our stay proved good value for money.

We had a lovely few days at the hotel. Hotel has a great location with views over the lake. Rooms were comfortable.
Most staff were friendly and helpful.
Food could be improved. Evening meal was disappointing and breakfast had lots of supplements that felt unnecessary.
