The large windows looking over the Forth makes the restaurant feel light and airy. Staff were able to navigate what could have easily been an issue re the main course being delayed, without our having to complain. Perhaps there were too few staff on the day we attended. The service was otherwise excellent and good attention without being constantly hovering. Everyone enjoyed the food

Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton, lovely room and great location. Restaurant was lovely, food good. Breakfast was also very good.
Disappointed to find that they are now charging for parking your car even if you are a guest.
