First visit, welcomed at the door all really excellent professional staff, shown to a lovely table. Plenty tea and coffee, all food excellent. To single just a few things out, finger sandwiches and fillings, great, haggis sausage roll top notch, victory sponge was a winner, cream filled pastries magnificent. It was fab and I’ll definitely be returning.
Fabulous Afternoon Tea

I've been here many times and I honestly can't fault the quality of the food available. Always plenty to choose from and you never have to wait long for it to be refreshed. Sadly however everytime the service let's it down. We always have to ask for.our glass of prosecco or tea/coffee. This time round was no different. Whilst the tea/coffee is now self serve, again we had to ask for our prosecco and no water was offered. Despite this we will be back as it is one of the best in Glasgoe.
Pleasant afternoon lunch in nice city hotel .

It was very disappointing to say the least.

We were seated and told someone would come to take our drinks order - after 10 mins waiting we had to go and find a server.
The quality of the food was poor and really not at all what we expected. The sandwich fillings were spare, and everything was heavily laden in mayonnaise (egg, savoury cheese, ham hock). The haggis sausage roll was inedible as the pastry was so greasy.
The scones and cakes were very poor quality - everything appeared to be 'shop bought' rather than freshly baked. The cream for the scones was synthetic and the jam was a stranger, runny compote which didn't taste great. The cakes were very disappointing and poor quality.
We had to look for staff for extra, knives, mugs, spoons etc. as they weren't replenished. Staff appeared to be bored and not very attentive at all.
We were there celebrating a special occasion but I really wish we'd gone elsewhere.
Food choices were limited sausage rolls lukewarm at best overpriced compared to last visit

We had been here before, hence the reason for returning.
The setting was beautiful and the choices for the afternoon tea were very good and great value

Extremely disappointed by the afternoon tea. All the sandwiches were really dry as were the cakes. Everything was just sitting out uncovered on a very warm day, so no surprise the food was all dried out.
The servers looked so bored and disinterested.
The cocktails were not nice either.
An expensive price for dry food. Do not recommend which is a pity as Radisson Blu is a really nice hotel with a nice interior.
