Great family day out

Great family day out, went with my grandson. Lady that led the group was informative and made sure everyone was included in everything. Went to patting zoo first and fed the animals and got to pet rabbits and guinea pigs . Then got to walk the alpacas. There again she was very mindful of all the children getting a shot.
We then went to coffee shop and outdoor play area. All in all a great day

Petting zoo is 2 rabbits, 2 guinea pigs, 2 goats and chickens for about 24 people. It is in a rundown area, not pleasant. Each group gets a small bowl of carrot and apple to feed. 6 Alpacas are there as well.
Alpaca walk was good but basically walking down from the "zoo" to the main building, again not very scenic, past a building/dump area. Would have been nice to walk them along a country path or up the fields.

The Alpaca trekking and petting zoo was AMAZING!!! The lady facilitating the experience was so nice and knowledgeable. It was the perfect experience for the family. Will definitely be back. My 3 and 6 years old absolutely loved it.

I think it was value for money at the discounted price. Handlers were very knowledgeable and friendly and the distance was just right for youngsters. Pumpkin patch was a treat too! We were lucky with the weather and made a day out of it, with picnics and play areas thrown in.
