We bought a 3 night voucher, paid to Itison, and paid a further £50 directly to the hotel for a Saturday supplement. Our room was small and stuffy and the first 2 nights we couldn’t sleep for the heat in the room )despite a cold wind outside for the duration of our stay) and the noise. We heard car doors banging and revving in the street below, motorbikes racing, music from the pub, revellers leaving after midnight, doors banging and loud talking in the hotel, and squealing gulls from 5.30. We left after 2 nights.

We really enjoyed our visit again - our 5th and never tire of the lovely building, location and views . Breakfast was lovely and our evening meal on the first night was nice too. Only negative comment for the managements attention would be that the lovely staff are run off their feet as there seems to be staff shortages which were noticeable at breakfast and dinner .
