Warm welcome from Jonathan in this beautiful venue . Seafood paella was delicious tho a bit small for two people! Sangria was very nice . Our experience was fab due to warm friendly staff - especially Jonathan who is a real asset to Arta. Thanks Jonathan we will def be back !

We had a lovely visit to Arta. We were welcomed very friendly and shown to our table. Arta is very authentic and decor is very unusual. Our waiter was so friendly and knowledgeable and he smelled lovely. Our food was delicious, so tasty.

Staff were friendly though service was quite slow.
Lovely setting, it’s a great building but feels quite big and echo-y when it’s quiet - as it was on a Friday night.

Have put full review on Arta website describing treatment. Waiting over one hour for main course. Lots of miss understanding on order. No compensation. Treated like nothing as using deal

Arrived and got a table. Ordered our food and we waited over 50mins for our starter. Staff blamed systems being down but i think it was that they forgot our order. We even waited 40 mins for our wine . Then the food came out and it was cold starter. It was only a soup and brushetta which was tiny and tasteless. Then the main meals came out and it was a limited menu for a vegetarian so i had no choice to go with the panko aubergine
It was slimy and cold . The waitress seen that i didnt eat it and just said sorry. I couldnt wait to leave . I wont be back in a hurry. Waste of money
