The waiter that seated us was nice and well mannered. He was professional and attentive.
The waitress that was attending our table was nice, but I would say not experienced in hospitality. Brought a dessert spoon with food sticked to it and just left it on the table , no napkin or anything underneath. I had to ask a different person to change it for us. He brought a clean one on a napkin , which was very nice, but as I said he was very professional from start to finish.
Food was good, but from my experience going to different restaurants, I felt it is not a bargain for what you get. If it is without the voucher, would be a overpriced meal . Menu had much more options, but there were also supplements to some of the dishes.
We ordered drinks and then asked for some water, just one glass of water was brought to the table without asking if we needed more.
Overall good lunch, but place could do with some spring clean _ mirrors foggy and the ceiling hanging decorations seem dusty.

We took our youngest granddaughter and her boyfriend to sample the Red Onion Sunday roast and the experience was excellent in every way. Good service, good food - what’s not to like.

The food was delicious and enjoyed by all our party. There was a good choice on the menu. Some items had a surcharge but it was worth it. It was very busy when we were in with a big party. The service was a bit chaotic because of this. The staff were working hard and remained cheerful.

We all enjoyed our early dinner at red onion. Great choice of food and an extensive gluten free menu. Good is beautifully presented, staff are friendly and efficient. It was a busy place and no wonder! Thank you Red Onion
