Have been here many times and the meals and afternoon teas are always very good. Staff are attentive without being intrusive. The food is cooked well and the meals are piping hot as are the plates. The Itison vouchers are a great deal but even without a voucher the meals are good value for money.

Bought this to try out with my partner. Lovely afternoon tea and the team were able to accommodate vegetarian substitutes for me to. For example changing the sausage roll to vegetable pakora bites. We upgraded and had the lentil soup to. Food all fresh and tasty. Great customer service from the team to. Tearoom was clean and busy with others having their afternoon teas. Great location if you want a walk round the kelpies afterwards.. Only 1 small point that in the small print it says that the glass of fizz can be substituted for a soft drink which we asked for but ended up having to pay for them at the end. Will definitely come back 10/10 for us.

Greeted by a very friendly lady in pleasant surroundings , who was very attentive to our needs . The food was fresh with a good ,varied choice and plentiful . I would definitely recommend .

We were 5 minutes early for a booked High Tea but no-one was around as they were elsewhere.
The meal was ok, we declined the fizz and had soft drinks instead.
Next day they phoned to say voucher did not have correct information, it was a paper voucher and as far as I was aware the required codes were. They took the voucher initially and did not mention any discrepancies.
I had to contact the gift giver who contacted Grange Manor.
