Have been before and love this beautiful hotel. We were 3 couples staying overnight. On check in one couple got 2 mini cupcakes each and other 2 couples didn't which we were disappointed with! First time we had dinner but found main menu was very limited & ended up having to have small plates which again was disappointing! Our room exceeded our expectations and loved breakfast plenty of choice. Would definitely go back but wouldn't have dinner.
Room and champagne bar were great, but dining and breakfast facilities were not of a good standard

It was good until next day, went into champagne central for tea and coffee ordered then waited 20mins for it to arrive. We had to end up rushing it down as we had leave for train.
A great short break

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was decorated beautifully and was cleaned to a high standard. The bed was so comfy- I had great nights sleep. Went to the champagne bar for cocktails both days and received great service and tasty drinks. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere clean and relaxing to stay in Glasgow.

Checking in was poor. The booking I made was confirmed by email however, the hotel had us down for the following month. Hotel error.
Breakfast was lovely but the room the breakfast was situated in was freezing. Only one heater for such a large area.

The room and our food was very good.
Unfortunately, our room was sited above a very loud event. We had only been informed of this on checking in but as we were going out we felt it wouldn't be a problem.
We had made the assumption that it would end at 12 pm but it went on till 1 am and the subsequent noise of guests going to their bedrooms meant we did not get to sleep until 3 am.
The Duty Manager dealt fairly the next morning with our concerns but it should not have occurred in the first place. It spoilt our night.

We had a delightful stay, thank you! Staff were all welcoming and helpful, our room was very comfortable and the breakfast has improved greatly since our last visit. The Champagne Bar continues to be a popular and enjoyable feature.
