- Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Fri 19 Dec 2025, Wed - Thu 7pm - 1am, Fri - Sat 4pm - 2am; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Tue.
- If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
- Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 6 / Max 100 people.
- Includes 1hr ball pit access, 2 cocktails and 12 arcade tokens each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
- No wheelchair access available.
- No children permitted. Over 18s only.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
