Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Nov 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 31 Dec 2018, 2, 9, 16, 18, 19 Feb, 9 Mar 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Executive double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night on a room only basis; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Option 2 includes a 3 course dinner; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted in an upgraded family room; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted; guide dogs only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
