The world class team behind GlasGLOW and itison is turning Kelvingrove into Elfingrove, with a spellbinding night time tour of Glasgow’s best-loved museum, where the magic of Christmas is brought to life.
Walk through the doors of Elfingrove and into the Grand Hall to experience a Christmas like no other, where the museum and its inhabitants come to life and an ancient secret is finally revealed.
You’ll experience a 60-90 minute journey through the world of Elfingrove, culminating in a spectacular finale. When you step outside, your journey won't end; you'll emerge into a festive wonderland of gourmet street food and a bar with some incredible festive surprises, singing and dancing.

We’ve got more than a few all-singing, all-dancing surprises up our sleeves, but the elves have threatened us with the naughty list if we say too much just now…

Elfingrove takes place from 5th December to 5th January, excluding the 24th-26th Dec and 31st Dec – 2nd Jan. Entry times are every 15 minutes from 5:30pm until 10:30pm. Once you're in you're welcome to stay as long as you like!

Elfingrove takes place at the incredible Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow’s West End.
The nearest station is Kelvinhall. Park & Ride facilities are available at Kelvinbridge, Bridge Street and Shields Road.
The nearest stations are Partick and Exhibition Centre.
There are plenty of routes which stop right in front of, or near to, Kelvingrove. For more information on specific routes, check the First Bus website
Parking at Kelvingrove is restricted to Blue Badge holders only, so we’d strongly encourage you to take public transport if you can. If you do need to drive, the closest parking is available is at: Ashton Road, Bunhouse Car Park (across from Kelvinhall), Berkeley Street and Riverside.
Sleigh parking spots are available for magic sleighs with up to six reindeer. If using reindeer navigation, please follow the reindeer with the shiniest nose.
