Great hotel

All the staff were friendly and polite. Rooms very clean, couldn't find anything wrong with it. Breakfast made to order so was always hot and there was a daily special every day. Only thing was they didn't do evening meals which was a shame but there was a pub very close that did excellent meals (schahallion). All in all a very pleasant couple of nights.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and large ensuite shower room, we were in room 11 on 3rd floor. No noise in hotel although room overlooks main street.
Breakfast was vest we've had in any hotel this year, even in 5 star hotels. Loved the varied menu and it's a bonus having it served to you. Plates were piping hot as was the food, clearly freshly cooked for you.
All the staff were really polite and friendly. They were a credit to the hotel.
We went to the bar one evening and it's a pleasant area yo have a drink in. Closes at 8pm at this time if the tear.
Only disappointment was that the hotel no longer
does food in the evening in the Restaurant. Last time we were here, we enjoyed a lovely meal there. However we understand that it's probably not economical to staff the Restaurant when hotel is quiet, especially midweek.We went to The Schiehallion which is only up the road. Nice and friendly staff here too and food was delicious.
2nd evening , we went to Chillies, an Indian restaurant opposite hotel. Again , lovely food and lovely staff.
We visited Inti, a bar/restuarant, a few minutes walk from hotel. Such a lovely ambience and chilled music, could be a cocktail bar in a City. Owned by a lovely Polish couple.
Recommend The Townhouse plus the above to anyone visiting Aberfeldy.
