Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 23 Oct 2017 until Fri 15 Dec 2017, Mon – Fri 10am – 8pm, Sat & Sun 9am – 7pm; subject to availability.
• Afternoon tea is served between 1pm - 4pm in the Atrium Lounge.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  
• Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18’s only.
• Group bookings are permitted; max of 4 per group and subject to availability.
• Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Leisure facilities include indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and spa bath.
• Treatment options only:
• Inc a choice of Caudalie treatments: divine massage, radiance taster facial or divine scalp & shoulder massage.
• Please arrive 40 mins prior to your treatment time.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not during suitable pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Treatment is also not suitable for those with diabetes or high blood pressure.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 35 or 50 mins.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
