Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, 7 days, 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 3 - 6 Apr 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 72 hours in advance and by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Includes access to crazy golf, disc, foot, and rugby golf, and Glen's Adventure Park (excludes Aloft Treetop Adventures). If not participating in activities, adults aged 18+ can enter free when accompanying a child with a valid pass.
• Certain activities can be joined for a supplementary charge; crazy golf - £5; disc/foot/rugby golf - £8; payable directly.
• Adventure pass: Suitable for all ages. 0-3yrs go free & do not require a ticket. 
• Activity pass: Suitable for ages 3+; age restrictions of individual activities apply. Under 13s must be accompanied by a participant aged 13+. Ratio of 3 children to 1 adult. Also includes unlimited activities; specific activity and age restriction information available on the website.
• If park is closed due to bad weather, entry can be transferred to another day.
• Meeting point: Report to the Action Glen upon arrival to receive your passes.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
