- Voucher is valid from Sun 30 Mar until Fri 30 May 2025, Sun - Fri, 9am - 4pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Saturdays
- Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 23 May 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Afternoon tea only; subject to seasonal change.
- Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
- Wheelchair access available.
- Children permitted.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea. There was a wide selection of sandwiches, pastries and cakes. Everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were attentive and friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.
