• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Mon 1 Nov 2021, valid Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 18 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 1 voucher per booking.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Choice of hot oil deep tissue or back, neck and shoulder massage.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss massage options directly if pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Treatment duration approx. 50mins including a 10min consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
