- Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep until Mon 30 Nov 2026, 7 days 10am - 3pm; subject to availability.
- Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Mon 23 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Afternoon tea; menu subject to change.
- Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Please note gluten free scones are not available; will be replaced with extra cake.
- Includes corkage fee.
- Tables may be required back after 60 minutes during busier periods.
- No wheelchair access available.
- Children permitted.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. Bookings are not confirmed until venue have responded.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

We had afternoon tea for four which included corkage. The staff were really helpful, setting up tables downstairs as we have mobility problems. The coffee choice was extensive and the food was delicious. We could not eat everything so were given doggy bags. A wonderful experience which I would thoroughly recommend..
