- Patatas gratinadas - layers of sliced potato baked with garlic, cream and mozzarella cheese (V) (GF)
- Gambas especiados - king prawns in rich tomato-paprika sauce with green chilli and coriander
- Chorizo y burrifara negra -sautéed Brindisa Parilla chorizo sausage with Stornoway black pudding in spicy tomato sauce (GF)

- Chorizo y pollo a la plancha - tomato, paprika & coriander marinated chicken
- Chuletas de cordero - pan-seared tender lamb chops marinated in traditional Adobo seasoning served with mint yoghurt
