Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, Sun - Mon 12noon - 5pm, Tue - Fri 12noon - 6:30pm, Sat 2pm - 6:30pm; subject to availability.  
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 23 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 1 voucher per 2 people / 2 vouchers per table. 
• Includes a wine flight with 3 x 125ml glasses each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes a charcuterie and cheeseboard to share; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children can attend when accompanying adults but can't use vouchers.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
