- Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Jan 2026 until Mon 30 Mar 2026, Mon - Tue & Fri 10am - 5pm, Wed - Thu 10am - 6:30pm, Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Sundays.
- Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
- Over 16s only.
- Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
- Shellac nails and Swedish massage: Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
- Hot stone massage: Treatment is suitable during breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
- Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins. Nails will typically last 10-14 days depending on lifestyle and maintenance. Please note Shellac is the name of the gel polish, it is vegan friendly and does not actually contain any 'shellac'.
- Option 2: Treatment duration approx. 30mins.
- Option 3: Treatment duration approx. 60mins.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking. No wheelchair accessible facilities available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
