• Voucher is valid until Sat 11 Apr 2026, Tue 10am - 2pm, Wed - Thu 10am - 7pm, Fri 9am - 4pm, Sat 9am - 12noon; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun-Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Only suitable for ages 16 and over.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding & for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any medical conditions or allergies directly with salon.
• Treatment includes a cut. Upgrades are available for a supplementary charge; restyles £15; T bar highlights or toners £25; half-head highlights £45; whole head highlights £58; payable direct. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: 45 min - 1hr 15 min depending on hair.  
• Option 2: Treatment duration approx 1.5hrs depending on hair. Patch test and consultation is required for colour at least 48 hours before, please discuss at time of booking.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• A supplementary charge may be required for long hair and/or extensions; please discuss direct.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
