• Voucher is valid until Mon 31 Aug 2026, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Park is open daily from 10am. Park closes between 5pm-6pm; opening times are subject to change.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Non-refundable/non-transferrable once booked. Max 1 voucher per transaction.
• Valid for the family ticket only. Max 4 people ages 4+.
• 0-3yrs go free; max 2 children per booking; tickets must be selected at time of order.
• Height, age and medical restrictions apply on certain rides and attractions; please refer to the park map and relevant signage for specific details.
• Does not include entry to Flamingo Land Resort Holiday Village.
• Standard Terms of Admission apply at all times.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discount admission offer.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. Damaged, defaced or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, valid for resale or valid with any other offers.
