• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct until Sun 21 Dec 2025, Sun & Tue - Thu 1pm - 9pm & Fri - Sat 1pm - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 1 per table.
• Voucher spend is valid across the a la carte & drinks menus; subject to change. 
• Excludes lunch menu.
• Voucher must be used in full. No change will be given.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted. Must be accompanied by an adult.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
