• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Oct 2026; subject to availability.
• Bridge of Don: Valid Wed - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 6pm & Sat 8am - 3pm. Excludes Sun - Tue,
• Inverurie: Valid Tue 9am - 2pm, Wed 12noon - 8pm, Thu 12noon - 8pm & Sat 8am - 3pm. Excludes Mon & Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Appointments are with junior staff members only. 
• Over 14's only, under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns with salon direct
• Duration approx. 30mins/60mins.
• Treatment lasts up to 2-3 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. Nails guaranteed for 1 week after appointment and any breakages in this time will be fixed complimentary.
• Removal of old gel requires an additional 15 minutes appointment time and a supplementary charge of £7.50; payable directly. Discuss at time of booking.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. A doctors note is required for those with auto immune disease.
• Groups bookings may be permitted; please discuss directly with the salon.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
