• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jul until Sun 31 Aug 2025, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• 50 min cruise: valid 12noon, 1pm or 2pm.
• 90min cruise: valid 10am & 3pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 4+.
• Duration approx. 50 or 90 mins.
• Max of 12 people per cruise.
• Meeting point: Loch Tay Highland Lodges, Milton Morenish Estate, Killin, FK21 8TY.
• Free parking and toilet facilities available on site.
• Not suitable during later stages of pregnancy.
• Outdoor jackets recommended; buoyancy aid, binoculars and fact sheet are provided.
• Cruises are weather dependent.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
