- 1x float: Valid from Fri 27 Oct 2023 until Sun 31 Mar 2024. Voucher must be booked by Sun 17 Mar 2024.
- 2x float: Valid from Fri 27 Oct 2023 until Tue 30 Apr 2024. First session must be booked by Tue 16 Apr 2024.
- 3x float: Valid from Fri 27 Oct 2023 until Sun 30 Jun 2024. First session must be booked by Tue 16 Apr 2024.
- Excludes 25-26 Dec & 1-2 Jan.
- Valid times: Mon 1:30pm - 9:30pm, Tue 3:30pm - 9:30pm, Wed - Fri 9:30am - 10pm and Sat - Sun, 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
- Online bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. You may reschedule within 24 hours of your booking for a £9.99 rescheduling fee.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
- Floatation tanks can accommodate one person at a time. Two tanks are available at this venue.
- Options 2 & 3: can be used by one person on multiple visits, or by multiple people.
- Over 16's only. Under 18's must be supervised by a legal guardian.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
- Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

- Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
