Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct until Sun 30 Nov 2025, Sun - Thu 12noon - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 5pm & Sat 12noon - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 21 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 1 voucher per 2 people and no more than 2 vouchers per booking.
• Includes a cheese and/or ham sharing platter; subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a 250ml glass of red or white sustainable wine of the moment. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 90 mins.
• Well behaved dogs permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
