- Voucher is valid from Wed 25 Feb until Sun 31 May 2026; subject to availability. Options for Mon - Thu, Fri - Sun or 7 day bookings available at checkout.
- Option 1 & 3: Valid Mon - Thu 9am - 9pm. Excludes Fri - Sun.
- Option 2 & 4: Valid Fri 9am - 9pm, Sat 9am - 7pm & Sun 10am - 6pm. Excludes Mon - Thu.
- Option 5-6: Union Square: Valid Mon - Fri 9am - 9pm, Sat 9am - 7pm & Sun 10am - 6pm. Cults: Valid Mon & Thu 9am - 7pm, Tue - Wed 10am - 7pm, Fri 8am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 6pm & Sun 10am - 6pm. A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fri - Sun treatments; payable directly.
- Email bookings only. Voucher / first session must be booked by Thu 14 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Option 6: Remaining sessions valid for use 6 months from first session.
- Option 1-4: Valid at Union Square venue only.
- Option 5-6: Valid at Union Square or Cults venues only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Over 16s only.
- Group bookings are subject to availability.
- Option 6: Sessions only valid for one person; cannot be used by multiple people.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
- Option 1-4: Duration: approx. 120mins (60min massage & 60min wellness session).
- Option 5: Duration approx. 95mins (30min deluxe facial, 25min express massage & 40min manicure / pedicure)
- Option 6: Duration approx. 240mins (6x 40min sessions).
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- Wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
