• Voucher is valid from Mon 10 Mar until Thu 31 Jul 2025, Mon - Thu 5pm - midnight, Fri 4pm - 1am, Sun 2pm - midnight; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 72 hours in advance and by Thu 17 Jul 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• Max of 1 voucher per group per day.
• Suitable for ages 18+; photographic ID may be required.
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Option 1: Max of 15 people per group. Session in a medium room. Includes 3 bottles of Prosecco to share.
• Option 2: Max of 25 people per group. Session in a super room. Includes 5 bottles of Prosecco to share.
• Each bottle of Prosecco can be substituted with a bucket of 5 beers OR pitcher of spirit & mixer OR bottle of house wine. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Additional room time can be added for a supplementary charge subject to availability; payable directly. Please enquire at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available on ground floor of venue. Please mention any access requirements during booking.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
