Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Jul until Sun 16 Aug 2026, 7 days 10am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone bookings only. 
• Once booked, your voucher is non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated with at least 48hrs notice; subject to availability. 
• Suitable for all ages. Ages 0-2yrs go free and do not require a ticket.
• Duration approx. 1hr. Unlimited access to muddy madness play field before or after your time slot.
• Max of 8 people per group. 
• Recommended to bring a change of footwear, weather suitable clothes and outdoor clothes for the slip & slide. Areas may be muddy and clothing may get wet or dirty.
• Not recommended during pregnancy.
• Cow tour may be added for a supplementary charge of £4pp; payable direct.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
