• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2026 until Fri 30 Apr 2027, Wed - Mon 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tuesdays, 25-26, 31 Dec 2026 & 1-14 Jan 2027.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Apr 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten, wheat & dairy free options are available. Please advise when booking. 
• Prosecco option: Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
