• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jun until Wed 31 Jul 2024, Tue-Sun 12noon; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mondays.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 24 Jul 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Afternoon tea only.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Vegan, gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Table required back after 3 hours. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
