• Voucher is valid from Tue 14 Apr until Sat 25 Jul 2026, Tue - Sat 1pm - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes the following Saturdays: 18 & 25 Apr, 2 & 16 May, 6 & 27 Jun 2026. Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. 
• Includes afternoon tea each; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available with advance notice. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 90mins. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
