• Voucher is valid from Wed 7 Jan 2026 until Sat 28 Mar 2026, Tue - Sat; subject to availability. 
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Email bookings only. Please discuss times available when booking. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Mar 2026.  
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 12 / Max 20 people.
• Max of 1 voucher per group.
• Suitable for ages 18+. 
• Duration: approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Package includes per person: a sample of 5 different delicious whiskies per person. 
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• No children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
