• Voucher is valid from Tue 21 Apr until Fri 31 Jul 2026, Tue - Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Valid at Aberdeen & Peterhead stores.
• Suitable for ages 16+.
• Duration approx. 30mins.
• Max of 1 person per session. 
• Includes styling consultation and glasses package. Package includes one pair of glasses with 1.5 index single vision lenses suitable for low to moderate prescriptions up to +/- 3.00. Does not include varifocals.
• Please bring your prescription to the appointment. Eye test is not included or available.
• Includes choice of Prosecco, tea, coffee or soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
