Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 11 May until Thu 27 Aug 2026, Sun - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Saturdays & 21 Jun 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Thu 20 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table. Please note 1 voucher can only be used for 2 people. 
• Option 1: Includes a pasta or pizza each from a set menu; subject to change. 
• Option 2: Includes 2 courses each from a set menu; subject to change.
• Extra courses can be added for a supplementary charge; payable directly.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 10pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
