• Advance ticket collection required; itison vouchers must be exchanged for tickets at the Box Office on the day of the event.
• Multiple purchases permitted. 
• Fri: Gates open at 4pm. Last entry at 7pm. Duration approx. 6hrs 30mins.
• Sat: Gates open at 2pm. Last entry at 6:30pm. Duration approx. 8hrs 30mins.
• Event ends at 10:30pm. 
• Standing event. 
• Suitable for all ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible, ticket-holding adult aged 18+. ID proof may be requested. Children under 2 must be carried. All attendees need a ticket.
• Event entry will be via the East side of the stadium, the Andrew Jenkins Stand. Entry points will be signposted by ticket type. All bags will be searched on entry.
• You cannot bring your own food or drink into the stadium. 
• The stadium operates a Challenge 25 policy for all alcohol sales. ID is recommended.
• Line-up is subject to change. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please contact the venue directly with any accessibility requirements. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced ticket collection required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
