- Kick things off with a G&T and charcuterie board before setting out on an extensive tour around the distillery

1881 Distillery
- Born in 2018, they named their gin after the year the Peebles Hydropathic Hotel first opened
- They now have a gin school and bar next door, where guests can create their own gins
- Steeped in history, the distillery is built upon the hotel's old Victorian swimming pool
- Their gins are distilled using local botanicals and water drawn from a private spring, for a true taste of Scotland

- Option 2& 3: Excludes Mon - Wed, 1 - 31 Dec 2025, 14 Feb & 15 Mar 2026.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Online bookings only.
- Option 1: You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Options 2-3: Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Overnight stays
- Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
- Stay in a standard double or twin room.
- Rooms can be upgraded to a feature room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
- Children are not permitted.
- Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per night. Please advise at the time of booking; payable directly to hotel.

- Max of 20 people per session Thu-Fri and 12 people Sat-Sun.

- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
